Each yacht has its own rules and its own salary range for the crew. Salaries largely depend on the size of the yacht, your work experience and your competencies (training, certification, additional skills).These are approximate crew incomes which may vary from yacht to yacht. To understand the payroll, it is first necessary to understand departments and hierarchy on board, so let’s start with a small graphical representation. We emphasize that the display is made according to the structure of large yachts, and depending on the size of the yacht, the number of crew decreases.
We can divide yachts into 3 main departments:
